$20 / hour

Best for regular maintenance cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Services included:

• Dust all reachable surfaces (tables, shelves, counters)
• Wipe kitchen countertops and exterior of appliances
• Clean sinks and faucets
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Wipe bathroom counters and sinks
• Clean outside of toilet and toilet seat
• Light wipe of cabinet fronts
• Tidy and organize visible areas
• Make beds (if requested)

Does not include:

• Inside oven or fridge
• Baseboards
• Interior windows
• Heavy soap scum or mold removal
• Moving heavy furniture

Deep Cleaning Plan

$35 / hour

Best for first-time cleaning, move-in/move-out, seasonal cleaning, or very dirty homes.

Everything in Basic Cleaning, plus:

• Deep scrub bathrooms (tiles, grout, shower walls)
• Remove soap scum and hard water buildup
• Clean inside microwave
• Clean inside refrigerator
• Clean inside oven (grease removal)
• Wipe baseboards and door frames
• Clean window sills and window tracks
• Dust vents and ceiling fans
• Clean light switches and door handles
• Detailed kitchen cleaning (including behind appliances)
• Interior cabinet wipe
• Detailed vacuuming of edges and corners
• Remove heavy dust buildup
• Spot clean walls and marks
